Host the event and coordinate volunteers and food & drink donations

Winter Concert Reception (Dec. 14) — Claudia Ades & Nina Nathani
Organize food and volunteers for our post-concert reception

MCPS Choral Festival Hospitality (March 14) — Leslie Meyers
Organize a light breakfast and lunch (soliciting donations from other parents) for adjudicators participating the county high school assessments when Whitman hosts

Festival of the Arts Liaison — Sonja Trainor
Work with FOA chairs; organize volunteers for choral performances at FOA

Music Trip Luggage Coordinator — Kathy Bakich
Work with instrumental music counterpart to manage luggage check-in, pickup, and volunteers

Classical Me Reception Coordinator — VOLUNTEER NEEDED
In coordination with instrumental music volunteer, organize light receptions following the Classical Me concerts, soliciting food and beverage donations from parents of participating student

Chamber Farewell Concert Reception (date to be announced) — VOLUNTEER NEEDED
Host and organize a party for Chamber Choir students after the concert
